فن تاكيد الذات - The art of self-assertion

لقد بنى الله سبحانه وتعالى الكون كله على نظام دقيق مذهل لا مكان فيه للفوضى والاضطراب، قال سبحانه: "... وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُ تَقْدِيراً"(الفرقان:2)، وقال سبحانه: "سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى (1) الَّذِي خَلَقَ فَسَوَّى (2) وَالَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَى(3)"(الأعلى: 1-3).
وضمن هذه الإحكام، ولحكمة باهرة أعطى سبحانه الإنسان قدراً من الحرية والاختيار ابتلاءً وامتحاناً وخلال هذا القدر من الحرية يستطيع الإنسان أن ينظم حياته أو أن يبقيها فوضى مضطربة.
ودواعي التنظيم لحياة الإنسان تحيط به في كل ذرة من هذا الكون في تقلب الليل والنهار واختلاف الفصول والأحوال ونضوج الثمار وتوالد الحيوان، فالنظام هو سمة وعنوان الكون كله من الذرة إلى المجرة.
وإذا لم يستجب الإنسان لكل هذه الدواعي والمؤثرات، ونظم ما بقي من حياته - بما أُعطِي من حقٍِ في الاختيار – فسينتج الاضطراب والصراع مع جميع المخلوقات من حوله وهو الضنك والتعب والتعاسة في حياته وهو الإخفاق وقلة الإنتاج وضآلة العطاء في أعماله،
ثم النهاية أن يصاب الفوضوي بالإحباط واليأس والتوتر والقلق حين يرى الناس وقد قطعوا شوطاً بعيداً في الحياة وهو ما زال يراوح في مكانه، والنتيجة النهائية لذلك كله ضياع الوقت الذي هو إهدار الحياة ولا حول ولا قوة إلاّ بالله.
ويمكننا أن نعرّف التنظيم تعريفاً مبسطاً سهلاً فنقول:
إنه استخدام الوسائل الممكنة لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة من خلال خطة محكمة.
وهذا يستدعي الإلمام بالأمور الآتية:
1- حجم الوسائل المطلوبة.
2- معرفة أهمية كل وسيلة.
3- معرفة وتحديد مكان كل وسيلة من العمل.
4- ضبط الوقت الذي يحتاج فيه إلى كل الوسائل الممكنة.

بعض أسباب الفوضى وعدم التنظيم للحياة:
(1) التهاون في استغلال الوقت وتضييعه في التوافه من الأمور، وما أصيب العاقل بمثل مصيبة ضياع الأوقات؛ لأن اللحظة التي تمر لن تعود أبدا.
وكما ورد في الأثر :أنه ما من يوم ينشق فجره إلاّ وينادي منادٍ: يا ابن آدم أنا خلق جديد، وعلى عملك شهيد لا أعود لك إلى يوم القيامة؛ فتزود مني بخير.
كما قال الشاعر :دقات قلب المرء قائلة له إن الحياة دقائق وثوان
ولذلك ينطلق العاقل في حياته مستثمراً لكل لحظة منها أجدى وأفضل استثمار لعلمه أن الله سيسأله عن عمره فيمَ أفناه، وعن شبابه فيمَ أبلاه.
2- عدم التفريق بين الأهم والأقل أهمية، إذ أن بعض الناس يشتغل بالكماليات والشكليات والفروع، ويستنفذ وقته فيها، ويهدر ويفرّط في الضروريات والكليات والفرائض والواجبات، فهو كمن بذل جهده تقصيراً كبيراً في قواعد وأعمده وجدران ذلك المنزل فآل به الأمر إلى أن انهدم المنزل على من فيه ولم ينفعه زخارف الألوان والأصباغ.
3- سوء التوقيت في إنجاز العمل إما بتقديمه عن وقته المناسب أو تأخيره عنه، ولله درُّ الصدِّيق حين قال في وصيته للفاروق رضي الله عنهما: واعلم أن لله عملاً في الليل لا يقبله في النهار، وأن لله عملا في النهار لا يقبله في الليل، والمتأمل في هذا الكون يتبين له أن الله قد جعل لكل شيء وقتاً محدداً لا يتقدم ولا يتأخر عنه كتقلب الليل والنهار وطلوع الشمس وغروبها واختلاف الفصول وإثمار الأشجار وتكاثر الحيوان، وغير ذلك.
وعلى تلك السنن الإلهي كان شرع الله المنزل كأوقات الصلوات والصيام والحج والزكاة وغيرهم من الأعمال.
4- عدم اكتمال العمل، فكثير من الناس تمضي حياتهم في أعمال ومشاريع يخطون خطواتها الأولى ثم يتركونها إلى غيرها قبل اكتمالها، وهكذا إلى غيرها، وتنقضي أيامهم في بذر لا يرى حصاده ولا تجنى ثماره وتتراكم الأعمال وتكثر الأعباء والحياة محدودة والإمكانات مثل ذلك وإذا بالأيام تولت، والإنسان يجري وراء سراب.
5- تكرار العمل الواحد أكثر من مرة ظناً منه أنه لم ينفذه قبل ذلك، فمثلاً الإنسان الذي يعد بحثاُ علمياً ثم يمر به حديث نبوي فيخرجه ثم يمر به فيخرّجه مرة أخرى ثم مرة ثالثة، وربمّا أكثر من ذلك فيضيع الأوقات ويهدر الجهد ولا جديد في العمل.
ولذلك كما قيل: السيئة تقود إلى مثلها والحسنة سبباً لأختها.

6- عدم ترتيب العمل عند تنفيذه وإنجازه ترتيباً منطقياً منظماً، فبعض الناس ينطلقون إلى إنجاز العمل وسواء عندهم بدؤوا بالمقدمة أو الخاتمة كمن يبني منزلاً فيبدأ بإعداد مستلزمات السقف قبل أن يبدأ في إعداد القواعد والأسس أو من يبدأ الأعداد لقطف الثمار قبل بذر البذور وزرع الأشجار.
"إن الله يُحِبُ إذا عمل أحدكم عملاً أن يتقنه".
7- تنفيذ العمل بصورة ارتجالية وعدم التخطيط له قبل إنجازه بوقت كاف.

إذا نجح الإنسان في تنظيم يومه نجح في تنظيم حياته، وكثيراً من الناس يواجهون أعباء الحياة يومياً بدون تنظيم ولا تخطيط لأعمالهم فيرهقون أنفسهم، ولا يبلغون أهدافهم، ومحاولة في مساعدتك ومساعدة نفسي في تنظيم أوقاتنا اليومية، هلم بنا إلى الأفكار التالية، والتي أرجو أن تتحول إلى برنامج وعمل:
كيف تعد قائمة بالمهام المطلوبة؟
1- أعد قائمة بأعمالك اليومية في مساء اليوم الذي قبله أو في صباح اليوم نفسه واحتفظ بهذه القائمة في جيبك وكلما أنجزت عملاً فأشر عليه بالقلم.
2- أوجز عبارات الأعمال في الورقة بما يذكر بها فقط.
3- قدر لكل عمل وقتاً كافياً وحدد بدايته ونهايته.
4- قسم الأعمال تقسيماً جغرافياً بمعنى أن كل مجموعة أعمال في مكان واحد أو في أماكن متقاربة تنجز متتالية حفظاً للوقت.
5- فلتكن قائمة الأعمال اليومية مرنة بحيث يُمكن الحذف منها والإضافة إليها إذا استدعى الأمر ذلك.
كيف تستغل الاوقات استغلالا صحيحا؟
6- أترك وقتاً في برنامجك للطوارئ التي لا تتوقعها؛ مثل ضيف يزورك بدون موعد، أو طفل يصاب بمرض طارئ أو سيارتك تتعطل في الطريق وأمثال ذلك.
7- بادر لاستغلال بعض هوامش الأعمال الطويلة لإنجاز أعمال قصيرة مثلاً عند الانتظار في عيادة الطبيب، أقرأ في كتاب أو أكتب رسالة أو اتصل إذا وجد هاتف لإنجاز بعض الأمور وهكذا.
التنوع مطلوب:
8- عندما يكون وضع البرنامج اليومي اختيارياً، نوَّع أعمالك لئلا تصاب بالملل؛ فاجعل جزءاً منها شخصياً، وآخر عائلياً، وثالثاً خارج البيت .. إلخ.
الاهم فالمهم:
9- فلنجعل الجزء الأكبر من البرنامج اليومي للمشاريع الكبيرة؛ كتطوير ذاتنا وثقافتنا والتفكير الهاديء لمشاريعنا المستقبلية وأمثال ذلك.
اجعل تنطيم الوقت عادة:
10- حبذا لو صممنا استمارة مناسبة لكتابة برنامجنا اليومي عليها، ثم نصور منها نسخاً، ثم نضعها في ملف لدينا، ونجعل لكل يوم من أيام السنة الواحدة.

بداية سنقوم بتقويم قدراتنا الحالية على تنظيم الوقت، ولا شك أن هذا التقييم سيعطينا مؤشرات إيجابية أو سلبية في تعاملنا مع الوقت.
تحديد العوامل المضيعة للوقت:
قد نصاب بخيبة أمل إذا علمنا أن أغلب أعمالنا تندرج تحت طائلة مضيعات الوقت، والتي عادة ما تكون نتائجها سيئة، وفي أحسن الأحوال يكون المردود فيها ضعيفاً، ومن هذه المضيعات للوقت:
01 إضاعة الأشياء: كم من الوقت نستغرقه في البحث عن الأشياء التي ربما وضعناها أو حفظناها بشكل خاطئ، أو ربما نضطر للقيام بالعمل مرتين لأن الأول بكل بساطة ضاع؟.
02 الاجتماعات: يمضي الكثير من الوقت المهدر في الاجتماعات التي لا أهداف لها أو التي تبدأ أو تنتهي في غير وقتها، أو التي تدار بشكل سيء.
03 الهاتف: يسرق الهاتف منا وقتاً ثميناً، ويستغرق الشخص وقتا طويلاً في مكالمات هاتفية طويلة عن الحد المقدر لها.
04 المقاطعات: تشكل المقاطعات جزءاً مهماً من هدر الوقت حيث تساهم هذه المقاطعات في هدر الوقت ورداءة الأداء.

07 الأزمات: تواجهنا الأزمات تلو الأزمات مما يؤدي إلى هدر في جوانب عديدة ومن أهمها الوقت، وذلك لسوء إدارة الأزمات.

09 الكماليات: قد نحتاج وقتاً إضافياً للحصول على الكماليات، بينما تكفي أن تحقق 95% بدلاً من هدر الوقت، والكماليات المزعومة.
10. اللهو: لكل أمر ضوابط إذا خرج عنها أصبح سلبياً، وهذا مثله اللهو الذي إذا خرج عن إطاره أصبح هدراً للوقت مؤثراً على الإنتاجية.
تغيير عاداتنا :
إن الكثير من عوامل مضيعات الوقت أصبحت جزءاً من حياتنا العملية والسبب أنها أصبحت عادة لنا من حيث لا نشعر، ولكن:
